At Nafeh, we do our best to ensure that all products are delivered to you with high quality, proper packaging, and in accordance with your registered order. However, if you experience any issue after receiving your order, you may submit a request for review, return, exchange, or refund according to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
Return requests may be reviewed only in the following cases:
- The received product does not match the registered order.
- The package or product is damaged at the time of delivery.
- The product is expired or has an unusual visible defect.
- The order has been delivered incomplete.
- The wrong product has been shipped by Nafeh.
To help us review the issue properly, please report the problem within 24 hours after receiving your order through Nafeh’s contact channels or complaint form.
Product Conditions for Return
Due to the nature of food products, tea, and herbal infusions, returns are accepted only if the product packaging has not been opened, damaged, or used.
In cases of damage, mismatch, or quality issues, clear photos of the product, packaging, product label, and, if possible, the shipping package must be sent to the support team.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or refunds are not possible in the following cases:
- The product packaging has been opened without a confirmed issue.
- All or part of the product has been used.
- The product has been stored improperly after delivery.
- The customer changes their mind after opening the package.
- Incorrect information such as address, phone number, or order details has been entered by the customer.
- The return request is submitted after the announced time limit.
Return Shipping Cost
If the issue is caused by an error in shipping, product mismatch, confirmed damage, or any problem on Nafeh’s side, the return shipping cost will be covered by Nafeh.
If the return request is due to the customer changing their mind and is approved by the support team, the shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
Return Request Review Process
After a return request is submitted, Nafeh’s support team will review the information and photos provided. If necessary, we may contact you for further details.
If the request is approved, the support team will inform you about the return process, product exchange, or refund method. Please do not send any product back without prior coordination with support, as the return may not be accepted.
Refund
If the refund is approved, the order amount will be returned to the account or card provided by the customer after final review and receipt of the returned product.
The refund processing time may vary depending on banking procedures. Nafeh will make every effort to complete the refund process as quickly as possible.
Product Exchange
If the product is available, Nafeh may exchange the product instead of issuing a refund. The decision to exchange the product or issue a refund will be made based on the type of issue, product availability, and coordination with the customer.

To speed up the return request process, please provide your order number, full name, phone number, a complete explanation of the issue, and related photos to the support team.
Submitting a return request does not mean that it is automatically approved. All requests will be reviewed and either approved or rejected by Nafeh’s support team.
